We have a committed and conscientious team of wonderful people and as we continue to grow we are looking for an experienced Field Operations Support to manage a specific operational schedule for our clients. This role will liaise with clients, oversee a small team and deliver deep cleans and one off cleaning, gardening and other facilities projects for our clients. This role will ensure all client services are delivered the highest standard.
Whilst you do not need previous cleaning experience as we will provide training, you will need experience in managing a busy schedule, and building and maintaining client relationships. This role will suit a reliable, organised and diligent people person, who enjoys guiding a diverse teams of people, building on their supervisory and leadership experience.
About the role:
Day to day duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing the scheduling of one-off and periodical jobs ensuring efficiency in the team rostering to deliver quality service
- Delivering those one off jobs to scope, ensuring client satisfaction
- Working closely with the onsite team members at each site providing support as required and ensuring all company procedures, safety protocols, and presentation standards are met at all times
- Stepping in to cover cleaners and other facilities staff as and when required, leading by example and demonstrating a high standard of attention to detail for cleaning, gardening and Maintenance jobs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication to ensure standards of all client sites are consistently met
About you:
To succeed in the role you will have:
- A valid drivers license to be able to drive the company provided vehicle to travel to client sites
- Strong people skills and ability build and maintain relationships with staff and clients
- A keen eye and commitment to procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in work
- Supervisory skills, motivated to refine and build on this experience
- Previous experience is scheduling rosters of activities and people
- A high customer service ethos, demonstrating a desire to go the extra mile to ensure clients are always happy
- Accountability to ensure team performance and standards are upheld at all times
- Strong time management and organistaional skills
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, being solutions-focused with a common-sense approach
- Integrity, reliability and honesty
- A willingness to learn from an operational and personal perspective
- The ability to travel to sites throughout Sydney
