Cleaning Team Leader Required

Lillium Cleaning are looking for our next Team Leader superstar due to our growing client base and are looking for a reliable and thorough person with a can-do attitude!
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Held a cleaning supervisor/manager position for longer than 2 years
- People management experience
- Multiple site experience an advantage
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a professional
manner and maintain relationships with key clients
- Knowledge and a practical understanding of Work Health & Safety requirements in relation to cleaning
- Computer literate
The successful candidate will require a full South Australian driver's license as a company car is provided as part of the salary package. This is required to undertake the requirements of this role as our jobs are located all over metropolitan Adelaide.
The role itself will entail the following:
- Managing various job sites located all over Adelaide
- Managing a Cleaning Team
- Set up and pack up of job sites
- Quality control to ensure ALL jobs are left at the Lillium standard
- Provide support on jobs on the tools
- this position is a hands on role, cleaning daily will still be required
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times
- Use of electronic diary (gmail) including some data entry
- Accurately completing and leaving supplied checklists on required jobs
- Ensure company vehicle is kept presentable at all times
- Full time hours (38 hours per week)

- Monday to Friday, with no on call or weekend requirements
The salary package offered includes a company vehicle and will be dependent on the candidate’s experience or negotiable EBA available
The successful applicant will also be required to submit a current police check and DHS child related screening clearance as this is required on some of our job sites.
This role would be highly suited to someone who has or is running their own small cleaning business and management experience and is looking for a change.
