- Delivery of training programs to all new cleaners against the quality and performance standards.
- Promoting and monitoring safe work practices.
- Coordination of the initial onboarding phase of new recruits, from recruitment handover to first shift allocation and follow-up.
- Provide assistance to the Service Delivery Manager across contract operations.
- Assistance with quality monitoring inspections, site, and work schedules reviews.
- Ongoing training of cleaning in scheduled periodic cleaning tasks to meet contract specification.
- Previous training experience, preferably in a cleaning environment
- Previous supervisory experience within facilities management and/or cleaning environment, as well as excellent time management and strong communication skills.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training (Highly regarded)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Risk and SHEQ understanding and commitment.
- The ability to lead and influence the success of all training requirements of new cleaning employees once the recruitment process is completed.
- Flexible around start and finish times to ensure delivery of training across contract working hours.
- Must maintain a valid and current Security Clearance including Working with Children Check.
- Must maintain a valid and current motor vehicle driver's licence.
