Job description

Are you a skilled Nutrition Expert ready to influence and educate the next generation of Nutritionists and Nutrition Coaches?

Are you a nutritionist or Nutrition Expert ready to make a GLOBAL impact?

We are looking for a Nutrition Expert to join our rapidly growing training and assessing team at Clean Health a 100% digital and remote working fitness education company.

This could be a life-changing opportunity for you!

Working with Australia’s ONLY internationally renowned health and fitness institute, your role as Trainer and Assessor would be to educate, guide, and mentor the next generation of fitness professionals who’ve joined our Clean Health Nutritionist programs.

And when we say “best”, we let our students do the talking, with over 1,000 4.9-star reviews.

  • Simply put, you’ll be here to provide the best nutrition education these students will find anywhere.
  • To achieve this, you’ll have access to world-class development from the industry’s leading professionals, including Layne Norton PhD, Bill Campbell PhD, Jackson Peos PhD, Astrid Naranjo and more.
  • You’ll get other opportunities to improve your skills as a nutritionist, dietitian, and coach, to catapult your own growth and career prospects.
  • You’ll be part of a culture that puts its people first, getting the support you need not just to perform, but to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • But most importantly, you’ll show up-and-coming fitness professionals how to use nutrition to change the world one client at a time.
  • And you won’t have to leave home to do it.

But…this is not just for anybody.

At Clean Health, our mission is to impact over 1 million fitness professionals worldwide. We do this by helping them learn, evolve, and grow using our evidence-based, practical approach.

Only the best of the best work to help make this mission a reality…and we’re looking for a “weapon” like you to take our team to the next level.

That means you already have a blend of practical and theoretical knowledge in nutrition and/or dietetics and education, ranging from nutrition plan design to counselling and advising clients.

You can communicate comfortably and effectively with anyone, from students to team-mates.

Plus, you’ll be able to handle activities like these in your role as an expert Clean Health Trainer and Assessor:

  • Ensure  students are onboarded into the Clean Health ecosystem with a clear understanding of their learning journey
  • Understand your students, what their goals are and any life obstacles they may have to progress through the course
  • Identify any learning challenges they may have
  • Have one-on-one phone calls with your students
  • Handle any support or complaint emails from your students with diplomacy
  • Facilitate their learning on assessments which may prove to be challenging for them
  • Make your students feel supported and part of something bigger than themselves
  • Ensure your students are progressing along their learning journey
  • Ensure a high completion rate of all your allocated students

To pinpoint the best candidate, we’re only looking for people with these essential requirements:

  • A minimum of a university degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or the course that supersedes this)
  • Current First Aid & CPR competencies (HLTAID011)
  • Professional membership of an industry association, e.g., Nutrition Council of Australia, Dietitians Australia, Nutrition Society of Australia

But having any of these would help you to stand out even more:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Nutritionist or Dietitian and counselling experience
  • An understanding of your requirements as a trainer/assessor.
  • Additional TA LLN qualifications would be ideal but not compulsory
  • Previous trainer/assessor experience highly regarded
  • Familiarity with distance e-learning (Axcelerate) and student phone support
  • Prior participation in conducting RPL assessment
  • Evidence of professional development over the last three (3) years
  • A willingness to learn and take part in professional development.
