About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cleansing Team Leader to oversee our dedicated team of cleansing professionals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for promoting cleanliness and who takes pride in their work. You will lead the upkeep of a high-profile Sydney CBD park.
Hourly rates are dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Cleansing Team, including street sweeping, waste collection, and litter removal.
Lead cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and thorough coverage of designated areas.
Train and mentor team members on proper sanitation techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.
