- 1+ years’ experience in, and a passion for leading a team
- Proven leadership experience in customer service and/or sales environments
- Understanding and/or experience with domestic and airline ticketing principles and airline procedures (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience using ARD Web ticketing system (desirable but not essential)
- Familiarity with corporate and Contact Centre service standards Proficiency in PC office applications with troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of ACD/eWFM systems and/or contact centre operations
- Working knowledge of Contact Centre Quality System
- Strong people and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Commercially astute with strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to deliver consistently excellent customer service, lead by example
- Please note: this role is a day work role; however, rotational roster work may be required from time to time.
