Help shape the future of children in our care
As one of our highly valued Clerical Assistants with our Parkhurst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our centre operates smoothly and continues to support children to become confident lifelong learners.
You will assist our Director and team with their daily admin needs such as phone calls, enrolments and other duties.
Our beautiful centre is open 5 days a week and educates child between the ages of 12 weeks to 6 years.
What you’ll bring
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will be a great communicator with the ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
You will also hold:
- A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- A current drivers licence.
- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these – C&K will cover the cost).
We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
