We are prepared to offer the necessary training to make the successful applicant familiar with our product and our procedures, as long as our required skills and experience is met.
Qualifications & experience
- Computer skills (5 - 10 years)
- Communication skills
- Customer Service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure at times
- Able to work in a male environment
Tasks & responsibilities
- Internal Sales / taking telephone sales orders
- Data entry of job orders
- Invoice creation for despatch in ITMS software system
- Purchasing of stock through ITMS software system
- Assisting Accounts Manager when required
- Assisting Sales Manager when required
- Daily use of Eftpos machine
- General clerical duties that occur mon a daily basis
