Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Processing: Handle administrative duties, including data entry and processing, and journal entries.
Bank Accounts & Cash Management: Reconcile accounts, prepare cash positions, and assist in cash flow forecasting.
Corporate Online: Manage daily downloads, complete EFT vouchers, and maintain online reports.
Other Duties: Assist in month-end processing, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous office experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Driver's License: A current driver's license is required.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with efficient typing speed and accuracy.
Organisation Skills: Ability to plan, organise, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Personal Capabilities:
