This is a Fixed Term Part Time/Permanent Part Time appointment at 45.6 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE), with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Position Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Neonatology Administration team at King Edward Memorial Hospital, Subiaco.

As a Clerical Officer, you will be responsible for the provision of clerical support to the Neonatal Database NCCU Program.

Your general duties will include:

  • Liaising with the Clinical Nurse Database regarding new neonatal admissions, transfers and discharges.
  • Maintaining appropriate and accurate infant information on the Neonatal Database for all admissions to the Neonatal Unit. 
  • Providing general clerical support, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and other duties as required for the Neonatal Follow-Up Programs.
