Position Profile: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person to join our Neonatology Service.
As a Clerical Officer, you will be responsible for the provision of clerical support to the Neonatal Database Program and Follow up Program.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with the Clinical Nurse Database regarding new neonatal admissions, transfers and discharges.
- Maintain appropriate infant information on the Neonatal Database for all admissions to the Neonatal Unit.
- Ensure accurate and complete data is entered on the Neonatal Database.
- Provide general clerical support, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and other duties as required for the Neonatal Follow-Up Programs.
- Ensure appropriate and timely information or documentation is conveyed to medical and nursing staff managing the neonatal databases.
- Provide a data processing service and support as required by Clinical Nurse.
