The Willochra Home is a 42 bed Aged Care facility in Crystal Brook, located in the beautiful mid north of South Australia. We are a fully accredited provider with Palliative Care Services, and Dementia Services.
If you are career oriented and have a passion for our ageing population, we are looking for Clerical Receptionist who is flexible and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team.
The position will be permanent part-time, Clerical Receptionist, working 3 days per week from 9am to 5pm, following a 3-month probation period with the flexibility to increase hours as and when required.
As the Clerical Receptionist you will report directly to the Residential Care Manager.
Tasks which will include but are not limited to:
- Screening of visitors into the facility daily
- Liaising with residents and resident families
- Answering and re-directing calls
- Administration and office duties
- Filing
- Data entry on various IT programs
- Ordering
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Professional presentation
- Computer literacy and confident using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi task
- High level of attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and be trained in specialised software
- Current police/NDIS/WWC clearances
- Current Flu vaccination
- Triple COVID-19 vaccination
- Driver’s License
Whilst previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is desirable, it is not essential - we welcome individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
