About the Opportunity
Campbelltown Emergency Department is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clerical Supervisor to join our innovative and experienced Emergency Department Clerical Team. As the Supervisor you will be required to supervise a team of 27 FTE with a head count of 36 staff, we are looking for someone who can lead and drive the team.

What You'll Be Doing
To provide supervision and coordination of the administrative operations of non-admitted patient services ensuring high standards of customer service and administrative support are provided to patients, visitors, carers and staff.

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible. * Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the use of patient information systems and software

  • Previous administrative experience at a supervisory level in a busy office or clinic environment
  • Provide high level inter personal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of revenue collection and reconciliation procedures.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, ability to show initiative, work with minimal supervision and within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Proven problem solving skills and the ability to set work priorities for self and delegate as required
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy particularly in relation to data integrity
