As a member of our team, you will be given opportunities to grow and develop your Management and Administrative skills. You will work together with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to achieve a common goal of delivering high quality patient centred care.

Emergency Department, Hornsby Hospital. What you'll be doing
This position is responsible for the supervision of the clerical staff and data quality processes within the Emergency Department.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

- Experience with an Emergency Department information system, hospital patient information system and Microsoft applications.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritise daily work schedules for yourself and your staff.
- Previous experience in supervising, coaching, mentoring, and supporting staff through performance management and training to ensure quality of services and compliance with relevant policies.
- Previous experience in rostering staff over a variety of shifts.
