We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working collaborative to join the clerical team within the Record Services Department at Western Health. This role is responsible for undertaking and assisting with administrative duties associated with the Western Health (WH) GP Communication Project.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Timely and efficient delivery of clinical documentation to communication with GPs, in line with the GP communication procedure.
- Undertake telephone communication with GPs where required to confirm contact details, or other actions as appropriate.
- Utilisation of WH clinical systems (Bossnet and EMR) to locate and prepare required documentation for distribution.
