Client Advisor you will:
- Welcome every client with enthusiasm and care
- Deliver outstanding client experiences
- Coordinate appointments / manage clinic diary
- Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, cash, online payments)
- Promote Kieser’s services
- Provide administrative support to our team and the clinic
- Host our clients like they’re your favourite dinner guests
We are looking for someone who thrives working in a busy, client-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to join a high-performing team, that is interested in healthcare and living an active lifestyle.
Qualifications- Essential: Year 12 graduate
- Essential: Experience using software systems and computers
- Preferred: Experience processing card payments & cash handling
- Preferred: 1+ year experience in customer service, hosting or reception
- Preferred: Experience in medical, allied health or front of house hospitality environments
Additional Information- Ongoing role
- Client Advisor shift times in clinic are between between Mon-Fri 7.30am – 8pm
- Salary is aligned to tiers in the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 – position begins at Level 3
