Moncler was founded in Grenoble, France, in 1952 and is currently headquartered in Milan, Italy. Over the years the brand has combined style with constant technological research assisted by experts in activities linked to the world of the mountain. In 2003 Remo Ruffini took over the company, of which he is currently President and Creative Director. Moncler manufactures and directly distributes men's, women's and accessory collections through its boutiques and in exclusive international department stores and multi-brand outlets.
The opportunity
For our Boutiques at Sydney Airport and at Sydney Westfield, we are looking for aClient Advisor Manageron a Full Time basis (38 hours per week). The Client Advisor Manager, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing to the store targets. They also play a critical role in guiding and training team members, leading by example and ensuring a positive team environment.
This is an excellent stepping-stone opportunity for sales representatives who are looking for their next challenge and ability to gain exposure to store management positions.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Ensures a unique client experience by creating long lasting relationships, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clienteling activities;
- Achieves excellent selling results;
- Provides training and guidance to team members on best practice;
- Plays a contributing role to promoting positive culture and team environment;
- Implements and maintains Moncler's visual standards in store;
- Actively cooperates with stockroom maintenance, movement and replenishment;
- Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation;

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a luxury fashion retail sales role;
- Experience in a structured Luxury Company is a must;
- Some experience in a senior level role, supporting junior team members;
- Customer Service oriented with a commercial mindset;
- Passion an enthusiasm for the Moncler brand;
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in another language is a plus;
