Position Overview: As the Client and Warranty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing warranty claims and processes. You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their products and will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support related to product warranties.
- Manage the end-to-end warranty process, including claim submission, validation, resolution, and tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Technical Support, and Product Development, to expedite warranty resolutions and address client needs effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Analyse warranty data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance warranty processes and minimize warranty claims.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to warranty policies, procedures, and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of warranty processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the transport or heavy vehicle sector is preferred.
