12 months Fixed term opportunity, Kent St, CBD or Parramatta Sydney
Salary $93,295 + super + benefits & hybrid working environment
About the Role
The purpose of this role includes coordinating broker and industry events handling relevant requests, and directly engaging with small to medium brokers and industry associations.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Client Engagement Coordinator you will:
Provide operational support for administrative activities, adjusting workflow as needed
Support Broker and Industry Managers in meeting timeframes and deliverables
Coordinate meetings, handle logistics, and manage action items from discussions
Organize industry/broker events, including webinars, presentations, and in-person activities
Manage team expenses, coordinate travel, and assist with data insights and benchmark reports
Prepare formal reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with industry associations to promote continuous learning and event attendance
Build relationships with small to medium brokers and industry associations
Utilize Salesforce for capturing complaints, feedback, and meeting notes
Ensure CSAT scores align with KPIs
Skills & Experience
Workers’ compensation experience required
Competency with Microsoft office specifically Excel & Powerpoint
Relationship management & Event management
Showcased strong administrative skills
Analysed complex issues and applied strategic problem-solving
Highly motivated and engaging individual with exceptional stakeholder management skills; listens, consults, and collaborates closely with stakeholders
Contributes to a positive team culture
Able to work efficiently under time constraints
Capable of collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders Top of Form
