THE POSITION
- Maintaining strong customer relationships at all time
- Answering the telephone in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance with telephone enquiries
- Client recall and care
- Managing the progress from a client signing up and managing their progress throughout their Programs which go for 4 months
- Assisting the Assistant Manager with inquiries, following up blood tests, Doctors reports and client recall
- General Front Office co-ordination between our centers
- Coordinating appointments and scheduling with our Nutritionists
- This position is for a task orientated person who prides themselves in being able to achieve results
- we have a fulfillment section to the business so vitamins orders need to be sent out to clients
