We are seeking an experienced Client Services coordinator who will process Personal Insolvency data for our clients as well as attend to inbound and outbound calls from clients and creditors. This role provides vital support to our case managers in both our Insolvency team.
What makes you our perfect candidate?
- Excellent administrative and customer service skills - previous experience in a customer service / phone-based role would be a definite advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a positive approach to change.
- High levels of self-motivation coupled with a desire to learn.
- You must be organised. Time is of the essence, and we need to make sure nothing is missed, so being extremely organised is important.
