About the opportunity
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the coordination and status reporting of project-oriented work efforts.
Duties
- Organise project meetings
- Take project notes and create a summary for stakeholders
- Book workshops
- Update the project schedule and financial forecast
- Follow up and manage cash flow / Budget tracking
- Detailed Project Plan
- Weekly updated dashboard reports on progress and issues
- Dashboard for tracking of solutions, testing, deployment and closeouts
- Follow-up of Project Documentation
- Must have a Bachelor of Science or Pharmaceutical
- Have between 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Pharmaceutical industry experience would be ideal
- Experience in working with schedules and tracking project milestones
- Excellent communication skills
