The Role
As the Corporate Services Manager/ EA to the Group Chairman and COO, no day will be the same. You will be exposed to a wide variety of global businesses and will be given the autonomy to make decisions.
Confidence is key, this role is not for the faint hearted! You must be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking becomes second nature and no job is too big or too small.
In your role you will remain positive and think on your feet, driving engaging initiatives across the office and offer support services to Duxton team, fostering an environment of job satisfaction and productivity.
A variety of tasks include:
- Anticipate, organise, and coordinate workflows through email and diary management;
- Support the Group Chairman with personal matters (includes assisting with general property maintenance, paying bills, ad hoc tasks etc);
- Delegate executive support tasks to the Corporate Services team;
- Oversee corporate and office events, collaborating with various teams to deliver seamless initiatives;
- Oversee the engagement of contractors of renovations and construction across the office; and
- Provide management, leadership, coaching and development to Corporate Services Team.

If you are an energetic and organised individual with experience in delivering high quality and efficient support, then this role is for you. You pride yourself on your ability to manage a variety of diverse stakeholder relationships and can lead a small but hard-working Corporate Service team.
You will be proactive and show strong attention to detail, with advanced working knowledge of the MS Office and Adobe suite.
