Key Responsibilities
- Fulfilling the role of primary point of contact for assigned veteran clients throughout their journey with the company, including managing their liaison with various team members and providing regular updates of progress.
- Assessing and actioning communication from the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) regarding the claims submitted on behalf of assigned veteran clients.
- Collating evidence and reports to support claims of assigned veteran clients.
- Responding to requests for information from Doctors or other health providers.
- Communicating with DVA via phone call and email to follow up on missing or outstanding items / documentation.
- Ensuring all veteran records and files are up to date and accurately maintained on both Google Drive and Halaxy.
- Accurate auditing of the status of claims of assigned veteran clients to ensure prompt resolution.
- Completing other adhoc tasks as reasonably directed by the General Manger or other line manager.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software is desirable.
- Previous experience in administration preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
