Your Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Gold Coast office on a permanent basis as a Client Service Coordinator. This role can be part time (9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday) or full time
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Delivering first class reception to our external and internal clients
• Managing our front of house – including setting up meeting rooms and providing coffee/tea
• Maintaining cleanliness in all areas
• Catering for meetings, functions and occasionally before/after work events
• Processing invoices and other relevant admin tasks
• Mail and courier coordination
• Search and Lodgments duties
• Stationery purchase and stocktaking
More About You
We highly regard applications from candidates who possess the following:
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a receptionist in a professional environment
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
• Hospitality experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Word and Excel, MS Teams & Outlook
• Being tech savvy would be an advantage
• A strong commitment to teamwork and reliable
• R.S.A. would be an added bonus
