Advanced Buildings are an established construction and restoration business with offices Nationally in VIC, NSW, the ACT and QLD. We are one of Australia's most trusted and experienced Insurance Building and Repair providers and we specialise in Insurance Repair and Strata work involving large and technical projects. We have long established relationships with Australia's major Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters.
We are currently looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join the team based in our QLD, North Lakes office. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring incoming phone calls, new job instructions and enquiries are received and actioned in a timely manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advise on processes for potential improvement opportunities
- Attendance and participation in all mandatory inhouse and industry specific training
- Occupational Health and Safety matters are actioned and managed accordingly
- Compile reports and submit to work providers, ensuring KPIs are being met
- Send, receive and manage email communications to and form clients, trades and internal staff
- Scheduling works effectively and efficiently
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Actively contribute, maintain, and evolve the development, implementation and working knowledge of all policies, procedures, practices etc that are applicable to the roles area of responsibility
- Working in a team environment
- Multitasking within a fast paced environment while learning new functionalities
- General administrative/technological competency
