Client Director you are responsible for developing strategic growth activities for our existing global inward and global outward client portfolio & maximizing revenue from our
Client Network. Key responsibilities will include:- Management oversight of a combined portfolio of clients within AGCN, JGS and NAIS
- Designing retention and sales strategies to ensure profitable growth
- Overseeing revenue performance and client profitability for the division
- Driving innovation through understanding current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics
- Accountable for client service levels and satisfaction across the portfolio
- Accountable for New/Existing solution line sales to meet targets and responsible for overall portfolio growth
- Leading best practice operational standards in line with Aon’s United Blueprint
- Identifying process improvement opportunities to ensure service standards are continually exceeded.

- Extensive experience in general insurance broking and multinational programs
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Excellent networking and relationship management skills allowing you to be a prominent member of the insurance community
- Ability to manage both upwards and downwards, influencing and engaging with significant internal and external stakeholders
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client value through expertise and innovation
- Proven success in a leadership and people development position
- Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Insurance products and risk solutions
- Demonstrated ability in client engagement, at senior levels
- Proven commercial experience providing analysis on revenue, profit and PTI
