We are currently working with a global enterprise technology company to design and implement an exciting outsourced talent management solution and are seeking a Client Director / MSP Account Director to implement and lead this solution.
About Our Customer: We have a long-standing partnership with this customer, having supplied recruitment and talent advisory services for many years. Our customer is a dynamic, highly innovative, and agile company based in beautiful state of the art offices in Barangaroo. They are a values-led, Fortune “Best Place to Work” ranked organisation, and a highly recognisable, global brand.
Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful, driven, and ambitious individual to join Launch Talent Solutions as the face of this solution with our customer. You will be a fully dedicated resource to this solution, co-locating on-site with our customer for 3 days per week. You will report into the Chief Customer Officer at Launch and work closely with the Manager Director for the Talent Solutions business. This is a highly varied role, where you will be responsible for the co-design, implementation, and then on-going management of this outsourced solution (a mix of MSP & RPO); you will identify areas for ongoing innovation and enhancement to our solution to ensure the customer is delighted with our service. With our customer, you will be the main relationship manager, with high exposure to C-Level/Director Level stakeholders across Australia, requiring outstanding stakeholder management skills. This is a fully end-to-end role requiring a range of skills and experiences as the solution moves through the phases of implementation, embed, transition to BAU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation phase, conducting client discovery, gathering data, developing communication plans, and creating project timelines.
- Transition the solution to business as usual (BAU), including the management of various engagement models and compliance with workplace laws.
- Co-locate on-site with the customer for a minimum of 3 days per week, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring the successful delivery of agreed outcomes.
- Continuously improve and innovate the solution to meet the dynamic needs of our agile and fast-paced customer.
- Oversee and manage all senior stakeholder relationships, including C-Level stakeholder relationships.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the solution, including facilitating learning and development programs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Design and drive ongoing innovation and value-adds for the customer
- Ideally, proven experience managing an on-site MSP or RPO / or an internal talent function / or a similar project & change management role
- Extensive experience managing robust c-suite senior level stakeholders
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of leading successful implementations and managing diverse teams
- Whilst this is a senior, strategic role, we require somebody with a ‘no nonsense’ approach to getting into the day-to-day nitty-gritty of operations and being extremely ‘hands-on’ in managing this solution
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the consulting or outsourcing industry is preferred.
