We're looking for someone who:
- Will assist Managing Director, Regional Directors and Director Relationships to drive business growth through the delivery of a unique, client-centric assessment and execution of large and complex transactions.
- Can think independently about the finance needs of regional business and Agribusiness, and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.
- Supports genuine, personable, and traditional relationship-centric business banking skills.
- Can help design and deliver a best practice relationship model for our regional customers.
- Has a deep interest in the broader regional economic environment and how these factors impact businesses.
- Can demonstrate a history of building strong relationships both with customers directly and with other business partners more generally
- Is a team player with a preference for the group over the individual

Your role will involve empowering and supporting Australian businesses, facilitating SMEs to achieve remarkable outcomes. - A minimum of 5 years' experience in regional commercial and/or agribusiness banking, credit, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to execute in
