We're looking for someone who:

• Will assist Managing Director, Regional Directors and Director Relationships to drive business growth through the delivery of a unique, client-centric assessment and execution of large and complex transactions.
• Can think independently about the finance needs of regional business and Agribusiness, and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.
• Supports genuine, personable, and traditional relationship-centric business banking skills.
• Can help design and deliver a best practice relationship model for our regional customers.
• Has a deep interest in the broader regional economic environment and how these factors impact businesses.
• Can demonstrate a history of building strong relationships both with customers directly and with other business partners more generally
• Is a team player with a preference for the group over the individual
• Is passionate about empowering and supporting regional businesses to help regional communities thrive.
• Will thrive in a diverse workforce where you can bring your own capabilities, experiences and knowledge to help build the foundations of Judo

Your role will involve empowering and supporting Australian businesses, facilitating SMEs to achieve remarkable outcomes. • A minimum of 5 years' experience in regional commercial and/or agribusiness banking, credit, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to execute in

$15M space across large & complex trading business transactions * Has a deep interest in the broader regional economic environment and how these factors impact businesses

• Can drive business growth through the delivery of a unique, client-centric proposition to the regional SME market
• Is passionate about empowering and supporting regional businesses to help regional communities thrive.
• Demonstrated ability to originate transactions
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Proficient in credit writing and financial analysis
• A self-starter with a proven ability to build networks.
