Client Engagement Manager

As a Client Engagement Manager in the Mercer Career Products team - you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across the broad Australian market (all industries). Ensuring our remuneration and benefit benchmarking products are meeting client needs and providing insights into the talent market that adds value to their business and strengthens our client relationships.

- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the General Market (All industries)
- Lead the Australia and New Zealand offering of Mercer’s global flagship product, the Total Remuneration Survey
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts in leading companies and maintain significant presence in the market
- Success measured by client retention, revenue growth and where applicable, database growth metrics
- Draw on deep market and product knowledge, as well as broader HR and remuneration experience to demonstrate value to clients
- Lead events both pre and post survey release to maintain close contact with the market and communicate new insights
- Generate new insights tailored to the client portfolio and work to commercialize these insights where possible.
- Business and commercial acumen
- Product management experience preferred
- HR and remuneration experience
- Able to work with and effectively manage a diverse range of stakeholders
- Have outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication, engagement and interpersonal skills
- Able to build strong robust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver confidence and trusted working relationships.
- Able to interpret complex data into easy-to-understand language
- Accountable for driving measurable outcomes
- An understanding of how survey trends are likely to impact on end users
