The Role
As a Business Services Manager you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients providing high quality business and taxation advice including tax planning, budgeting and cashflow forecasts. You will manage team development, communications, workflow, and client service standards and play a pivotal role guiding junior staff members whilst also leveraging off the support of the directors around you.
About You

• Hold a relevant degree
• Be CA/CPA qualified or close to finishing 4+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
• Experience in providing high-end business advisory
• An ability to build strong client and team relationships
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
