An opportunity exists in our Newcastle office for an Associate Client Engagement Manager - Recruitment at$80,000 – $90,000 base plus sales bonus plus super.
Your new role
At Hays, we are growing our national footprint and are investing in the expansion of our NSW business. To achieve our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about Client Engagement and new client relationship development to join our team.
As an Associate Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of clients including existing, historical and target organisations, and you will develop deep knowledge of your portfolio including mapping the organisational structure, technical requirements and both current and future projects for each client. Using the suite of cutting-edge internal systems available at Hays, you will also regularly analyse client and sales data to capitalise on opportunities with existing key accounts and to identify potential new business prospects.
In your role you’ll work as part of a team collectively also sourcing and assessing candidates, marketing and managing jobs for clients and working collaboratively to deliver results for all customers.
What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will be proactive in developing relationships and able to demonstrate a track record of both quick wins through tactical sales and larger account wins through a strategic approach. You will be adept at presenting to clients, a strong negotiator and able to effectively consult with and manage client expectations. Additionally, you’ll have experience of proactively identifying talent to match your clients' requirements, skilfully marketing these opportunities to specific talent pools. Internally, it’s important that you can build strong relationships across other Hays divisions and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
