The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Client Engagement Officer to join our South Perth team. This role is ideal for those passionate about making a positive impact within the NDIS framework.

Skills and Abilities
- Eager to drive client satisfaction and service excellence
- Knowledgeable in the NDIS landscape with relevant experience
- 2+ years recent experience in a community engagement or client-facing role
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS system, policies, and participant funding
- Strong collaboration skills and unwavering participant-focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of restrictive practices and challenging behaviours, and how to adapt supports to ensure the best care can be provided
Role Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum) or equivalent experience
- Willingness to network and create relationships with like-minded organisations
- Full Australian working rights
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
- Unrestricted WA Driver’s License
- Access to a vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Fully vaccinated against influenza
