HIA Insurance Services (HIAIS) is a specialist insurance broker, providing insurance products and risk advice to the residential building industry. Formed in 1984, HIAIS is as a joint venture between two leaders in their respective industries, Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
Client Executive HIAIS
We are seeking a Client Executive to join our Melbourne HIAIS Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for residential construction clients including manufacture and suppliers. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to grow their insurance career in a challenging, fast paced, and collaborative environment.

What the day will look like
- Answering phones and responding to client queries
- Handling a range of account management, servicing and administration support
- Issuing of policy documentation and data entry
- Collaborating with teams to improve compliance and to implement process
- On-the-job training provided
