Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position to be based in the Perth office:

Client Executive

What can you expect?

As a Client Executive, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth objectives of Honan by managing and developing business within a nominated portfolio in our Strata team. You will work closely with Client Managers and other senior managers to ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction.

We will count on you to:

  • Maintain and service a portfolio of clients, implementing renewal and broking strategies.
  • Develop and manage insurance programs for clients, collaborating closely with claims staff.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely execution of pre-renewal processes and strategic placement.
  • Provide operational support and excellent client service in daily interactions and client inquiries.
  • Assist in training and development of team members, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Monitor overdue debtors and ensure administrative tasks are completed within set timeframes.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in insurance preferred, ideally Tier 1 qualified.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and claims processes.
  • Proficiency in managing client expectations and delivering on service commitments.
