Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) is a global business line which provides client advisory services in Hybrid Cloud, Workplace Services, Security, Service Desk and Service Management. You will ideally be Melbourne based although our flexible work policy could accommodate other base locations in Australia.
Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
We're looking for a Client Executive for the Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) global business line to partner with our Public Services clients on their Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation journeys . Working alongside your industry sector colleagues to achieve combined sales targets in excess of 100 million Euros. We have a vibrant existing client base with exciting growth potential and rewards.
Capgemini have vertical sales teams who are responsible for client relationships and identification of opportunities. The CIS sales team works collaboratively to identify the right opportunities for CIS and take them to closure.
Develop deep and trusted advisor relationships with CXO level stakeholders.
Deliver on the CIS sales strategy for Public Services in A/NZ.
Identify CIS sales opportunities with the vertical sales team of Business Units.
Work with the solutions teams to shape opportunities to maximise CIS revenue and probability of winning.
Develop sales strategies and tailored value propositions and solutions for Public Services clients.
Develop and maintain account sales plans & opportunity close plans.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline within the sales management tool (Salesforce)
Let’s talk about your capability and experience:
Several years' experience of selling large/complex transformational and/or outsourcing services contracts with a combination of on-shore and off-shore delivery models in the ANZ market. Experience working with APAC countries outside ANZ would an added advantage.
Experience in selling Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Employee Experience, Digital Workplace and/or Enterprise Service Management solutions.
Experience in analysing challenges of potential customers and leading commercial conversations around Return on Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) with CXO level stakeholders
Understanding of political and business environments, issues, and trends
Demonstrable track record of opening previously out of scope areas of existing customers and/or displacing incumbent providers.
Demonstrable track record in building relationships and influence at CXO level.
Experience in working within a global, matrix, organisation.
Excellent oral, written & presentation skills.
Knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure domains.
Stakeholder management

Broad understanding of global economics, market drivers and State & Federal Government nuances
