As CSC/EA you will be supporting our Corporate Advisory team and our Managing Partners. You will be responsible for managing client communications, the preparation of agendas, minute-taking and other administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Support our Corporate Advisory Partner and Managing Partner in an EA capacity;
- Minute-taking and preparation of meeting agendas and board reports;
- Daily diary correspondence and email management for firm Partners;
- Support financial metrics;
- Create and maintain client files;
- Administrative and operational support to our teams;
- Fee posting and billing for firm partners;
- Preparation of engagement letters, proposals and reports; and
About you:
- Experience in a similar CSC, PA or EA role, ideally within professional services (accounting and all legal);
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint:
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent IT literacy. Experience with electronic document management systems (i.e. Virtual Cabinet) and APS beneficial;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Driven and self-motivated;
- Ability to work as a team player, and autonomously as required;
