Client Experience Officer
We are thrilled to be advertising the opportunity for a part-time Client Experience Officer to join our growing team at Proactive Health and Movement. The position requires someone who can support the daily operations of the business, provide administrative support and nurture our team members and clients.

Our Client Experience team are the heartbeat of our clinic. They strive towards achieving our collective vision and are relied upon to deliver amazing Client Experiences every time.

You:

- You have excellent computer skills and are proficient with GSuite, preferably.

- You are flexible and organised and have a remarkable ability to multitask, prioritising your time well.
Things you will be responsible for:
- Client Nurturing - Ensuring that our clients have an incredible experience each time they visit our clinic.
- Operations Management - Being on top of what’s happening on a day to day basis and ensuring the business runs smoothly, including liaising with third party agencies, stock management and more.
- Communication - Connecting with our valued referral partners and supporting our incredible team.
- Administration - Managing payments, bookings and enquiries on a daily basis.
The hours:
- Monday - 8.00am to 12.00pm
- Tuesday - 8.00am to 3.00pm
- Wednesday - 1.00pm to 7.00pm
- Friday - 9.00am to 3.00pm
