The RoleReporting to senior management, this role will see you take ownership of the payroll process. This is a permanent part-time role, working every Tuesday, Wednesday and flexible with the third day. Your duties will include:
- Weekly pays for four areas of the business
- Update changes to renumeration
- Set up new employees, complete terminations and separation certificates
- Process monthly superannuation calculations and reconcile
- Prepare annual PAYG payment summaries and submit to the ATO
- Prepare weekly payroll report
- Oversee company credit cards and motor passes/Etags
- General administration and support as required
You:To secure an interview, you must possess the following:
- Ability to take full ownership
- Strong time management, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer
- Ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes
- Solid understanding of awards and EBA's
