Client Intake Assistant - Legal

An excellent opportunity exists for a full-time Client Intake Assistant to join our friendly but busy CBD office. 

This is an entry level position that would suit a motivated individual who enjoys working within a team environment.

The successful candidate will support our team with a variety of administrative tasks as well as manage our personal injury enquiries and ensure they are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with prospects and client enquiries by phone and email 
• Providing fee estimates to prospects
• Generating client agreements and sign-up correspondence
• Liaising with clients, and others involved in the conduct of client matters
• Maintaining close and helpful relationships with clients
• Preparing error-free correspondence and documents efficiently utilising our systems and processes
• Quality assurance of date input on prospects and matters created
• Photocopying, scanning and data entry
• Typing correspondence and legal documents
• Legal support duties
• Opening new client files/matters
• Documenting safe custody documents
• General office duties
