You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within an incredible team of Allied Health Professionals including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians, Behavioural Support Practitioners and Podiatrists.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Client Intake Officer to join our team in Moorebank. This is an integral and challenging role within the business that involves working with NDIS participants, Allied Health professionals, support workers, referring agencies and businesses and will see you involved in a diverse range of activities.
Your daily duties would include but not limited to:
- Assist with managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Practitioners, Managers, Referring Partners, Support Coordinators
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including needs assessments, NDIS funding goals and review of existing clientele.
- Inbound/Outbound calls, responding to enquiries via text, web, phone and email.
- Assist clients to navigate NDIS plans, goals and documentation and understanding diagnosis and disabilities.
- Oversee and manage the Client Intake and waitlist register, liaising with managers from 12 different locations to ensure prompt onboarding and documentation.
- First point of call for all new client enquiries for Allied Health.
- Sending quotes, information packs and pricing to support coordinators.
- Monthly meetings with Managers and Marketing team to discuss current promotions, campaigns & lead generation tracking.
- Utilising various internal and external software systems and platforms
- Understanding each practitioners' skills, calendar and client preferences for all 12 locations to effectively manage intake and waitlist.
- Reporting on lead conversions, opportunities and areas for improvement
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in Client Intake or client services role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a greater team in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident and competent in navigating various IT systems.
- A team player who can lead by example and create a positive culture.
- Empathetic and understanding nature to ensure clients are supported and their ongoing needs met through the suite of services available.
