About the role
Our Client Liaison Officers assist and support people to live independently.
Within this role, you will be a key communicator between the people we support and the management team. You will work directly under a Client Services Manager who will guide you to deliver the highest quality services.
You will work closely with our Client Services Managers to ensure that the support we provide to our clients, is meeting their goals, and, is of a high quality. Equally, you will work with our frontline Support Workers, and, be an integral part of delivering high quality support to our clients. This role enables you to be exposed to the many facets of Client Services, ranging from the Support provided to the client, through to Stakeholder engagement and assisting the management team deliver outcomes for our clients.
About you:
You are experienced in service provision and administrative tasks, you will be ready to support people living with disabilities and excited by leading people to see their potential and reach their goals.

Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrates ability to work individually with only general supervision and/or in a team environment;
- Necessary interpersonal skills to engage with Clients and Stakeholders
- Ability to explain procedures or practices to other employees or to provide support to staff;
- Can participate in the planning and coordination of support, with responsibility to monitor work procedures and individual program plans;
- Demonstrates ability to be accountable for the quality and timeliness of their own work, so far as the available resources may permit and for the care of assets entrusted to them.
