The Role:
We are seeking a Client Liaison/Estimator to play a crucial role in managing the workflow and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position will involve:
- Setting up and managing client information and job quotes in the Access Database.
- Handling inquiries, requests, and orders via a group mailbox.
- Liaising with Occupational Therapists, support workers, clients, and other external parties to gather requirements and deliver quotes.
- Preparing and sending quotes for home modifications.
- Taking phone calls, including processing credit card payments.
- Supporting our field staff by answering queries and facilitating smooth on-site operations.
- Handling general office duties, including phone calls and payment processing, to maintain our high standard of client service.
- Embracing continuous learning to stay at the forefront of industry developments.
