Managing a portfolio exceeding $1 million and witnessing increased interest from Sydney-based clients, this role places client relationships at the forefront. Your responsibilities will span converting inbound sales inquiries, fostering team development, and overseeing overall service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess:
CA or CPA qualification
5 + years relevant experience with a strong knowledge of accounting & tax standards
Excellent time management and problem solving abilities
Practical experience with both Xero & Quickbooks, as well as a general sense of tech-savviness
