About the role
As Administration / Office Manager / Client Concierge , you will ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. You will manage a diverse array of tasks both administrative and for our clients.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day management and oversite of all administrative tasks
Preparation and filing of client on-boarding documentation
With the founder, managing incoming inquiries
Liaising with external consultants/providers
Overseeing and ordering consumables for the residential facility
Provide basic accounting support, including preparing invoices and entering expenses
Prepare and manage all facility documentation
Attending to general client inquiries
To be successful in the role.
Be client service oriented and have a friendly personality
Be able to work autonomously and also follow directions from management
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be highly organised and efficient
Be able to multi-task and complete daily tasks within the time frame required
Be a team player and able to work as part of a team effectively
Skills & Experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office administration role
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working with Xero (accounting software) is desirable
A team player who collaborates effectively with a professional demeanor
Exceptional attention to detail
