This role of a Client Operations Administrator is focused on undertaking various administrative trading and payment tasks for Perpetual Private within the service delivery team.
While ensuring efficiency of procedures and accuracy of outputs enabling the region to deliver strategy and provide a level of service that exceeds client expectations.

- Loading and authorising of platform payments and market trades.
- Assisting with management of a central team inbox.
- Assisting the wider Client Operations team with processes and tasks as required.
- Escalate identified risks and issues to Team Leader/Manager as appropriate.
- Respond to internal/external queries accurately, and in a timely manner.
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Proven experience in a Banking & Finance environment, preferably in client services or a similar role that would provide a suitable administrative background.
- Strong self/time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Initiative, proactivity & willingness to learn.
- Problem solving skills & knowledge of when to escalate issues.
- Maintain compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Ability to meet deadlines & contribute to strategic objectives.
