Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Part-Time Client Service Operator to join our team. This position offers full-time hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 6-week closure during the Christmas period and reduced hours in school holidays.

Responsibilities:
- - Handle inbound and outbound phone calls & emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- - Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding our products/services.
- - Address client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- - Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions.
- - Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements:
- - Previous experience in customer service or phone operator roles is preferred.
- - Excellent verbal communication skills.
- - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- - Proficient computer skills.
