Client Service Operator (Family Friendly Hours)

Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Part-Time Client Service Operator to join our team. This position offers full-time hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 6-week closure during the Christmas period and reduced hours in school holidays.

The School Photographer is conveniently located in Seven Hills.  We are a leading provider of school photography, with a commitment to exceptional customer service, we go above and beyond to ensure our clients' satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• - Handle inbound and outbound phone calls & emails with professionalism and courtesy.
• - Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding our products/services.
• - Address client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
• - Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions.
• - Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure consistent service quality.

Requirements:

• - Previous experience in customer service or phone operator roles is preferred.
• - Excellent verbal communication skills.
• - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
• - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• - Proficient computer skills.
• - Availability to work full-time hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
