About the role:
Working in our Client Concierge team and alongside our General Manager and property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end of tenancy process, including:
- being the key contact for clients
- communicating timelines and responsibilities with stakeholders
- negotiating positive outcomes
- coordinating trades and third parties
- general administration

We are looking for someone who:
- has 2+ years experience in a customer service or people facing role. This could be in hospitality, teaching, flight attending, real estate and everything in between.
- is naturally Tech Savvy and is experienced in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and can pick up new programs quickly.
- can work flexibly and autonomously.
