An exciting opportunity is now available at Pier 21 for a fulltime Guest Service Agent.
Often the first point of contact for our guests, your strong communication skills will shine through in this role by delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests professionally and warmly.
- Undertaking general clerical and administration duties
- Handling of reservations and all guest and hotel enquires.
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of hotel facilities along with local attractions
- Handling and resolving guest issues and queries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Front Office Guest Service Agent role is advantageous.
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence in using hotel-based computer systems.
- The ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
