About the role
This is an awesome opportunity for a hardworking and motivated Client Relationship Coordiantor (Pre-Site) who has project/custom homes experience. You will need strong time management and customer service skills. This role will be suited to someone who is adaptable, ambitious and wants to grow their career with a dynamic builder.
You will be joining a team of long standing industry professionals and working alongside a down to earth administration team in a recently refurbished modern office.
Key responsibilities
- Managing client files through pre-construction and through to construction in an efficient manner
- Providing progress updates to clients on a regular basis
- Regular liaison with construction team and interior styling / colours teams to make sure timelines are being adhered to
- Identifying process improvement initiatives
- Working closely with the wider team to maintain close-knit team culture
Skills and qualifications
- At least 3+ year's experience in a similar role with new home builder
- High level of attention to detail and robust administrative skills
- Intermediate - advanced skills with Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and friendly personality
- Self-motivated, driven and ambitious
